I found KG BBQ on YouTube while I was still in Michigan, then missed it on our January trip. When we moved to Austin in June, the black trailer with the gold falcon was one of the first trays I chased — lamb belly chops, za'atar and pomegranate ribs, and a smoked bread pudding called Oum Ali.
